Returns

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return. To initiate a return, please note the following conditions:

The item must be in its original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

Important:
To order a different item, please make a separate purchase for the new product.

🇪🇺 European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must remain in their original packaging and must not be damaged after use.

💳 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status for your refund. If approved:

A refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
